Sergey from Paul’s TV has been incredibly helpful, honest, and transparent. His wife (I believe) called me after I placed an online order for a Samsung OneConnect box in an attempt to fix my TV. She asked if I would like to speak to a tech before they sent the part out, and I took her up on the offer. I walked Sergey through all the steps I had done up to this point attempting to fix the TV. He spent 15 minutes with me and instead of taking my money for a part I wound up not needing, he offered to refund my money entirely. I’m sure I. Could’ve found the cable I did wind up needing locally. But Sergey was so great, we NEED to keep businesses like this up and running, so I purchase the cord from them and will patiently wait for it to make its way all the way from California to NY. Businesses like Paul’s TV and business owners like Sergey have always been hard to find and it’s is only getting harder and harder as the years go by. I cannot recommend Paul’s TV highly enough. Shop small! Please keep this incredible mom and pop shop around. Thank you Sergey!!!!

Sergy was very nice and personally called to say the machine was ready for pick up and what he had done. When I went to the shop, he went over the repair again. I am very pleased with the service and his courtesy. Thanks Sergy. I trust you and recommend you for repair needs.

Technician arrived promptly on time at the house and ran a few tests to determine why the TV had lost power. Decided it was best to bring TV back to shop to run additional tests, and make repairs if possible. They then determined it was the power control board (easily replaceable) and not the screen panel (very expensive) that needed replacing. They ordered the part, and had the TV repaired and working back to our house within 3 days of bringing it in to the shop. All costs were discussed up front. Technician was very professional, and discussions over the phone with their office were courteous, informative, and professional.

In the beginning it didn't work out too well, they kept one unit for an entire month. After they explained the problems to me, I understood why they had to keep it so long.

Paul's TV successfully fixed my television in a very short amount of time. The price was definitely worth it, I'm sure my TV now has a lot of years added to it.

Perfect. Called for service. They came out the next day. They needed to order a part and called the same day to schedule reinstall. Very professional!

They were very punctual, courteous, and reasonable.

We took the TV in once and he had it running. It worked fine so we brought it home. Once we got it home we plugged it in and it did not work right. We called him back and described the symptoms. He told us at that time it was not worth repairing; he did not charge us for his service. I will use him again in the future.

We used Sergey last April when our Samsung TV wouldnt turn on... We called Sergey this time for the same problem... The first time was charged to Samsung and this time he felt he should have changed out more thingys then he did, even though they wernt bad at the time so NC for this visit as well. BTW: He had no openings till next week so he came over after he closed the shop just so we wouldnt be without our tv another day.. He also has tv's he's repaired for sale, we're going to get one from him for our 2nd Bd Rm
