Parker is wonderful. I have used him on jobs for over 20 years. He is a perfectionist. He is honest. His prices are extremely fair. I trust him implicitly. I had a room once that had had water seepage into the concrete slab for some time. Parker checked the moisture content of the concrete and had me run a fan on the area for several weeks until the moisture level was acceptable before he would begin the work. The floor has been down now for years with no cupping.
