I use my computer as a home-based business, so I need someone who gets the job done without undue waste of time, money, and can expect solid results. After Kate completes fixing the computer problem, she prepares a printout of comprehensive, step-by-step instructions for you to follow for future reference. Kate gets the job done with customer satisfaction in mind and without throwing around technical terms or presenting with an attitude of technical superiority. Kate is professional and gets the job done with satisfaction.
