During our visit the tech went into the crawl space underneath your home where he came across a foam pipe insulation tube that had been chewed on and the particles were found on the floor, signaling that there was rodent activity. Therefore he suggested a full inspection to be done. By our understanding you let the technician know that you would call the office to schedule that appointment with us. Unfortunately we did not hear from you. We would like to apologize for the miscommunication. We are sorry the prices for our services were not relayed correctly.
