Doug really takes time to explain things.

Doug was great. We had to reschedule the first appointment, as the current tenants residing in the home, that my clients are purchasing, left intentionally and we had no access. Doug did not charge for the reschedule.

He's a good man and is extremely knowledgeable and can relate to "lay" people.
