It would power on but there was no picture. Dan provided me with a loaner during the time the TV was being repaired. He communicated with me as parts were coming in and let me know as soon as the TV was ready.

I called him and he answered the phone right away. We arranged for him to get the TV for the estimate. After just a few days he returned the TV repaired and ready to go. He has a great attitude and I felt he was treating me fairly.

If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable
repair man, CALL DAN! I called him, Left a message, and 5 minutes later he called
me back-and by the end of our phone call- he repaired my TV. Now,
considering I told him my situation so he knew I didn't want to spend a lot of $$$, I
was super impressed! He could have told me to bring the TV to him so he
could check it out-but instead he took a lot of time talking to me
about the problem, and my options! He is compassionate at best-and how
hard is it to find HONEST people now-a-days, with EXCELLENT Customer
Service. If I need a TV serviced, he would be my 1st choice, no
hesitations. Dan, if you read this- thanks...I already told about 5
people about you :)

He was very professional. He knew what he was doing. He was polite. He was prepared. He makes house calls. He was friendly and had a good command of the English language. He is licensed and a member of the BBB. He was late for an appointment and I had to call him twice. I would have appreciated a call letting me know he was running late.
