Being a first time home buyer could be a very overwhelming experience, however, Ray was excellent in taking the time to explain all of the form, options, what to expect as well as referring me to Einat Sadot at Loan Science who shopped to get me the best loan. He is very realistic and honest.  He is extremely knowledgeable and pointed out all of the issues he saw in the homes we looked at (things such as mold, water damage, HOA fees, mello roos or any other things I wouldn't have noticed) so I knew exactly what I would be getting into.  He is very good at laying out all of the facts and letting you make the best informed decision.  He was very patient with me in finding a home and when I finally found the one, he did research on homes sold in the area to find the right offer price which ended up being $10,000 less than what I was going to originally offer.  This was a short sale and was not an easy process. He and Einat kept the process moving and were in constant communication with what was happening and what the next steps were.  They both had my best interest in mind during the whole process and did everything they could to not put my assets at risk.  I am very grateful to have gone through this experience with Ray.  I highly recommend Charity Alliance if you are buying or selling a home.
