 + -1 moreBill Koh is a VERY RUDE kid. He's very young, and OBVIOUSLY has NO business sense, not to mention common decency & respect. What kind of person takes advantage of the elderly?? He even brings a Pit Bull on appointments, which he'll let run around digging up your yard. I met him 3 times, and never ONCE did he take off his sunglasses. He's a very ODD, MEAN, guy. I warn ANYONE considering doing business with this kid, and I'd be HAPPY to provide the phone numbers of all the references he gave me so you can talk to them yourself to see what kind of low-life this one is! *A funny note: His rude attitude started when he found out he added up the estimate he gave me wrong. When I pointed out it was actually $1000 cheaper, he was REALLY upset with himself, and his little temper-tantrums started!! That's when I pulled the plug. Now all I want is my dad's money back, and to forget I ever met this NUT!! GO WITH EXPERIENCE, FOLKS...NO KIDDIES!!
Description of Work: I hired this guy to do re-plastering, tile & coping, & also install pool equipment on my elderly dad's house. He had really a BAD attitude and ALL his references said the same thing, ''If you can get past the attitude he does decent work''. Well he was SO VERY RUDE, that I couldn't get past it! I cancelled within the 3 days, and sent him a letter of cancellation. Now it's 7 months later, and dad STILL hasn't received his deposit back. (He's now in the hospital, and could really use it for bills). FINALLY, the Contractor's Board contacted him and of course he said he "never received" the letter. So he's saying he thought he was going to do the job? Then what, he ABANDONED it? So WHERE'S THE DEPOSIT?? The pool has been done by someone else and was finished almost 4 months ago! I STILL DON'T HAVE MY DEPOSIT!!! Meanwhile, this guy is collecting INTEREST on my money!!
