I got Antonio's card from Contractor's Warehouse. I had gotten two bids for this work - one company was $1400, an individual was $900. As my husband really knows all phases of construction well I called Antonio for a bid while my husband was there to know what was being discussed. After talking to Antonio for about 1/2 an hour and discussing the work to be done my husband was very impressed with his knowledge and suggestions. As my husband had most of the material needed to actually DO the job, Antonio agreed to just be paid for his time to do the installation. My husband was TOTALLY impressed with the qualilty of his work and professionalism - and my husband almost never is satisifed with work done as he can always find things that were not done correctly. For my husband to rave about Antonio's work was a real testament. During the week Antonio works for an electrical company so he did the work for us on a Sunday. Which was fine as when I am told by workers we need this or that or something else I never know if they are being truthful or just trying to increase their price. My husband was there to oversee the work and found NOTHING to be unhappy about. We will most assuredly hire Antonio again. As I just took his card from Contractor's Warehouse we really lucked out finding such a qualified, reasonable electrician. I'm sure, if he had to go and purchase material for a job it would cost more but considering what the other two bids were I was THRILLED. I paid over $1000 less than the highest bid and $600 less than the second bid. And honestly, I wasn't impressed with either one of them. My husband actually gave Antonio $50 more than he had quoted us as he was so impressed with his work.
