the technician took the oven apart and told me the issues we had were due to the age and the switches needed to be replaced which is within our warranty. When he submitted the report he attributed the issue to misuse of the appliance which he never said to me, as a result the claim was denied. He basically lied. When I called them they refused to discuss further as everyone was to busy. We have never forced or have done anything as they describe. They are a pawn for the home warranty companies in my opinion.

The experience was good. He was honest about it. He told that the manufacturer part  doesn't really last long, so he could put that back on, or he could reinforce it, so I just let him put the regular part, because I was moving out. He was good.

Service call was under warranty from Old Republic home warranty company.   Serviceman noted that we change our filter very often, which is apparently okay.   He was puzzled, because, once he unplugged the furnace then plugged it in again, it ignited.  He opined that it was some glitch in the furnace computer (as opposed to the a/c), and it should work fine.   He said that, if it didn't start up again in the next few days, during which we should keep trying it, his company would come back (at no additional charge); then, if it was a problem, they would contact Old Republic.  A very professional and kind man.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND CAME OUT NEXT WORKING DAY EVEN WITHIN THE TIME RANGE THAT I SPECIFIED AND I WAS VERY APPRECIATIVE OF THE FACT DUE TO I AM A WORKING PERSON MYSELF.

IT WAS OK. THEY CAME AND DID THE WORK, BUT I WISH THAT THEY WERE MORE EFFICIENT. WHEN THEY WERE TRYING TO FIX THE WASHING MACHINE, THEY KIND OF SCREWED UP ANOTHER LITTLE SPOT. IT WAS OK. I WAS HAPPY.
