They are very experienced and they did a good job at cleaning up when they were finished. When they were done, they sprayed something to get rid of the odor.

They said they would be here at 8 AM on July 2nd to do the work and they were here about 5 minutes to 8 AM. They did the cleaning working as a team (they all had been here 3 or 4 times before) and did the whole job in an hour and a half. They moved furniture and really worked the entire time.

Our initial contact was with Cyndi at the store. She spent a lot of time going over carpet and vinyl samples with us. She was very patient while we asked a ton of questions. Bob came and measured everything and made sure all the details were in the estimate. They always arrived on time (sometimes even early). They worked until they were done. We would definitely hire them again. I also appreciated being able to bring samples home and "live" with them for a few days before we made a decision.

I WAS MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THEM. I WENT THERE, LOOKED AT THEIR SAMPLES, DECIDED ON IT, AND THAT WAS IT. I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS, AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
