The technician arrived & reviewed my analysis of the problem.
He then took readings of the temperature sensors & determined that they are working correctly.
He then determined that the pump controller was mis-wired and corrected the wiring.
The then replaced some sensor wiring at the solar collector on the roof.
Total time was about 25 minutes.

Their effectiveness, knowledgeableness, and courtesy stood out. They did what they said they were going to do. The price was fair. It was a very satisfactory system. The man that owns/runs the company knows what he's doing very well. The system works wonderfully.
