I was very pleased with their service. I called them to clean the furnace and air ducts. Not only did they arrive exactly when they said they would, but they were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. Very happy with their services!

Sanchez Janitorial promptly responded to our request for window cleaning. Joe and his wife cleaned 13 windows in our house inside and out. Our windows have never looked so good! We have wonderful views out our windows so we will be hiring them on a regular basis to keep them looking nice.

Wow! I was desperate. A rat in our dryer vent. The Home Advisers ratings for Sanchez Cleaning were great, so I didn't hesitate to book them.. Joe got back to me and now I add my raves. He and his nephew were early, so efficient, so helpful, that as they wrapped up I found myself wondering what else I could have them do! They are a find. And the rat is gone. Joe showed us how to keep him from our dryer dryer vent!

The men were very pleasant and obviously knew their jobs well.They saved us from buying a new dryer when all we needed was to have the vent cleaned out. I would hire them again anytime!

I thought they over charged.....the tech. was only at my house for 1 hr. they charged me for 2 hrs.
