T J'S CARPETS

This guy almost ran me off the road for going 5 miles above the speed limit, on Foothill and 154 intersection, 5/12/24, Sunday afternoon, at 3:40pm. Scared my wife and 2 year old half to death. Almost hit me, and honked his horn the entire way. Hey a******! My wife is 31 weeks pregnant, fresh off a stay in the hospital! Drive like a normal person!

Great! Took very little time and the carpets were sparkling clean.

It took about 10 days. The place was being painted on the inside at the same time (by others.) It took awhile but it turned out great. The renters stayed during the installation so stuff needed to be moved around them. They were great, had patience, great personality, the whole package. They do carpet, hardwood, laminate, Vinyl and tile. Local company and I was glad to support them.

I have used TJ;s since he started in business. Has also been attentive, fairly priced, and installed properly.

Well, he never followed through and I got the impression that he wasn't going to.

He installed wood flooring throughout the home , we even have stairs and he did a really nice job on them. He was also very responsive and dependable. His prices were very competitive.

We got an estimate from TJ's for screening and coating our hardwood floors and recarpeting, but we ended up going with a different company.While TJ's offered the lowest price, we didn't feel like the man who came to our home was particularly knowledgeable about flooring. He recommended a "buff and coat" on the floors, I asked, "Is that the same as a screen and recoat?" (it is), and he had no idea what I was talking about. Similarly, I asked about "solution dyed" carpets, and he didn't know what that meant either. I know very few flooring terms, so it was a little concerning that I knew more than him.They also nearly missed the appointment. I called the day before to confirm, and somehow because they were unable to reach me to re-confirm, they decided not to show up.I will say that the man who did our estimate was concerned about saving us money, which was nice.

TJ was a godsend. After SB Clearview left my house an utter disaster following a water leak, TJ and his crew helped put everything back together. He returned my calls immediately, even from South Carolina! Started right away, showed up on time everyday and stayed completely on schedule. He worked with me every step of the way, keeping me informed and sending pictures of the progress. And best of all, my tenants were thrilled. The experience with SB Clearview was SO negative, I needed someone to correct the situation immediately. TJ definitely did that and more.

TJ came out for an estimate of the work. He was very professional and willing to offer discounts. The following week, two workers came out to install vinyl. This included removing toilets and re-installing. These "energizer bunnies" worked non-stop and finished the job that day. It was beautiful work and they cleaned everything up before leaving. The following Monday, the laminate installer came. Another "energizer bunny". It took him a bit longer than expected, but the finished job was gorgeous. He also was very professional and cleaned up after the job was completed. All excess material and trash was disposed of. He also helped moved furniture back, even putting felt pads under our furniture legs. I would highly recommend TJ's. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciated that all the workers were on time.
