He's great. He doesn't overcharge you. He's a very fair man. If I ask him to do different things, he does it. He doesn't push. He's a nice man and is on time. I keep the gate unlocked. I don't have to do anything. He just goes and does what he needs to do. He works with another persona and they work together well as a team.
