Although we were initially worried about McFarland because we knew nothing about her, she performed much better than KAS. She was efficient, responsive, smart, and a pleasure to work with. We worked with her exclusively via email and never met her. She produced reports, paid bills, established reserves, generated tax returns and answered every question we had with speed and alacrity. She made the financial work as hasslefree as such things can be. She specializes in condo associations and takes very good care of the Los Banos complex. I moved out about a year ago, but remain in contact with the Board president, and he remains a fan of hers.
