KM Custom Builders, Inc. is a family owned and operated general contracting company located in Santa Barbara, Ca. We are committed to building the highest-quality homes. We have over 30 years of home building and remodeling experience including Spanish, Contemporary, Craftsman and Victorian. KM Custom Builders, Inc. works closely with a network of professionals and reliable sub-contractors to ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently. We are proud recipient of the 2008 Santa Barbara Beautiful Award.
