Jorgensen's always replies quickly to calls and comes quite quickly (usually by next day).  I have used them for over 5 years for several situations.  I recommend them highly for their professionalism and thorough work.

Kenny returned my phone call within 24 hours and was able to come out that afternoon. He arrived within the time frame given and went right to work on the installation of the kitchen faucet. Provided information on how he could repair the faucet being replaced then asked again if I wished to have the new faucet installed. The installation was quick with no mess.
Had to run to different size snakes down the shower drain to get the hair clog out. Very neat and cleaned up the mess made by the snakes.
Very happy with the results of both projects and will definitely call Kenny Jorgensen again.

Excellent quality work, prompt, organized, and courteous.
He provided good info that helped us make a decision about which water heater model to choose.
He even did a few extra things for safety reasons without even being asked.
He was very honest and didn't try to sell us a more expensive water heater solution.

He got it done very fast, in maybe two or three days. I would definitely use him again.

He came in and completed the job within an hour of being called. He did a great job and was extremely clean. He was a very, very nice man and I was amazed at how well he took care of my plumbing issue. The price of $85 and hour was fair. I was happy with what he did and he got it done very quickly.

Overall, Kenny is excellent. Like I said, he is a one-man shop so he doesn't always answer your call (he might be under a sink when you call) but does get back to you. He is very friendly, polite and honest. His dress and demenor is quite professional and he has all the right tools to get the job done right the first time. So often, plumbers are rough-gruff slobs that curse and are just harsh people. Kenny couldn't be more opposite of that stereotype! I would not hesitate to hire him again and have told all our friends to use him for their plumbing needs.
