It all went very well. Upon my first phone call, Jhonny's gave me an appointment for in 2 days. Provider (Tony) was pretty much on time and very courteous, helpful, and informative. He gave me good instructions for the future in general and for what to do after the treatment, and since then the ants haven't come back. The only thing that could have been better is what happens when you make the appointment. When I made the appointment, I of course told the woman on the phone that I had an indoors ant problem. She just gave me the appointment, ok, but it would have been more useful if she had also advised me NOT to try do something against the ants myself (cleaning up their paths etc.) because Tony then explained to me that it would be best to leave them alone so that, when he sprays their paths, they take up the poison and potentially bring it back to their colony. Because of my efforts, when he came, there were actually no ants visible. Thus, the customer would be better off if, upon making an appointment, you get first tips for what will help their staff address the problem. In my case, I was apparently lucky, but others might not be.

It went very well. They gave me a good estimate and they showed up to do the work when promised and they were done when promised. They did what they said they would do. As far as I know, they did it just fine. The pricing was competitive and satisfactory. I chose them because I saw their ads around the area and I read their reviews on Angie's List and they got a good rating so I decided that was a good reason to call them and that was a good reason to decide to go with them. They came out right away.

I called Jhonny's at the suggestion of a friend after getting horrific service from Lenz. What a difference! They were extremely nice and professional on the phone and scheduled a time when they could come out and inspect the property. They showed up right on time and Frank was incredibly nice. The price came in lower than my other quote and so I hired them. Frank and his crew went out of their way to help keep a vine which was attached to the house alive and well. And for this they deserve praise. The tenting service was performed on time and to the standards and nothing was broken. I'd hire them again in a minute. Great crew, honest service and professional work at a competitive price. I will never call or deal with Lenz again after the way they wanted to charge for an estimate and the rudeness of the woman who answered the phone. Jhonny's was so easy and nice.

When the company owner Jhonny gave me an onsite quote he demonstrated on my deck fence how the local termite treatment works. I saw a termite try to escape but he was already a goner. My house didn't need tenting since only a couple areas required local treating, but the wooden deck and fence are attached to the house and couldn't be tented without involving the house itself. The garage definitely needed tenting with Masterfume since extensive termite pellets were visible. That cost $500 of the $1,288. The crew were professional and spoke excellent English. They arrived on time, explained what they would do and went about their work on the deck and fence, the two house areas and later tented the garage. When they finished they cleaned up and tidied the area. I did have a little confusion on the phone between two difference office workers but nothing that caused any delays.

They did an okay job. They were priced really well and they were really good about the follow up. Those were the two good things about them. Some of the workers communication wasn't really good because they didn't always speak English. Other than that, the business side of it was really good. The work that was done was okay. They charged me about $800 and the other bids were over $1000. I would consider using them again.
