+ -1 moreThe short was discovered and repaired in one hour. After installing first light fixture (another hour) the electrician left for lunch and to purchase materials. He returned two hours later to install the final light fixture (approximately one hour). We received a bill for five hours of work. When I contacted the electrician to discuss the bill he refused to discuss the issue, threatened to put a lean on the property and hung up on me.
Description of Work: Discovered short in lamp and installed two light fixtures.
