I can only state that the HOA landscape is in far worse shape than when I moved here several years ago. Trees are topped rather than pruned, bushes are removed rather than trimmed and the major undeveloped area of the property is a semi-wilderness. I just hope I can persuade the Board to find a new contractor.
Description of Work: The service is weekly for a HOA. Despite the impressive credentials and experience of the principals, I have found that the workers are unskilled and the supervision is minimal. The only tools they seem comfortable with are chain saws and hedge cutters. They have no ability to prune and seem incapable of working independently. The supervisor/owner seldom works with his men and seems unable to take a holistic view of the total project. This really surprises me because of the list of well known clients. However, the fact remains that the Association property has gone steadily downhill since I moved here several years ago. The major portion of land has been totally neglected despite instructions to spend one third of the allocated gardening time on it.
