Bruce and the people he contracted with were totally professional and did a skilled job in every respect; we couldn't have hoped for it to go better. He is very caring about the customer's needs, and their vision of the project. Communication was excellent. We felt he went out of his way to make everything go smoothly, and even discovered other needed repair work that we were happy to have done as well. Overall job costs were exactly as bid.
