Vacuum Cleaners
Bob's Vacuum, once a reputable business was SOLD to an, in the most positive word possible, unscrupulous schyster. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GILBERT SHORT AND HIS SON JASON. My husband was talked into buying a $350 + $50 bags vacuum. Bags were not provided despite being paid for, receipt was promised by email, but none came. Phone calls were NEVER returned. Vacuum has ALWAYS had a strong electrical smell when in use. I took it back for a return of $, was told to call manufacturer. A LIE! Then when I continued to press Gilbert, he told me I'm not his customer and that he'll only speak to my husband. This has gone on for MONTHS! THIS IS THE WORST, MOST DISGUSTING experience I've ever had with a "local" business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OR EVER GO THERE FOR ANYTHING.
