Hired Pool Time in early 2019 for three fixes. Here was how each went: 1) Repair mastic between the pool deck and the brick coping - this was done perfectly and quickly. I was happy with the results of the mastic repair. 2) Fix several of the bricks in the coping that had broken - a few of the broken bricks went over the skimmer opening. Within a day or two of the initial repair by Pool Time, I noticed the bricks were sagging. I called Pool Time and they sent their guy out a second time to fix it. The second time around, he placed a board underneath the bricks to prevent them from sagging. Ultimately I was happy with the repair but it did take the second trip and the extra time to complete. 3) Repair the pool light that had never worked - initially, the light worked after Pool Time did the replacement. However, it did not even last a full year. While in the process of selling our house (about nine months after the repair), the light stopped working. Luckily the warranty was for one year and Pool Time agreed to make the fix even though we were moving out. But sadly, the new owner informed me that after multiple trips to the house the pool light still did not work. Even worse, Pool Time was no longer honoring the warranty and was now asking for payment to even send someone out for further repairs. I'm sure others have had a very positive experience with Pool Time, but unfortunately ours was average at best.
