Merry Maids of Gold River

First cleaning was so thorough and fantastic, I contracted with them for regular service to keep it up and haven't been disappointed since. They are professional, licensed, bonded, insured, and my teams have always been completely trustworthy and kind. The office staff accommodates any issues or changes, and my team and the company back them up to accomplish my special requests within reason, and they often do special projects without being asked to do so.

Wonderful! I have used their services for years because they do a fantastic job and the employees are all back-ground checked and well trained. The company is licensed, insured and bonded and employees receive benefits and workers compensation coverage. They are professional, reliable and flexible regarding preferred products used, although they bring their own, and homeowner idiosyncrasies, within their scope of responsibilities, regarding specific areas of concern. When I have had an issue, the office staff has always responded with concern for making my experience better. I love the company and the team who always takes good care of my house and me.

I hired Merry Maids to do a clean when we moved into our new empty home. There were 2 women, who cleaned for 3 hours. I told them my most important areas to clean were the kitchen cabinets and bathrooms. Well, that's all they cleaned. They paced themselves to perfectly take that much time to do those areas. I kept repeating that I wanted other things cleaned as well, but they didn't get to it. I've been using housecleaners for years, and I know what to expect, and merry maids  fell short. I won't use again because they were too expensive and took too long to complete tasks. 

They charge me $100 each time. They are fine. They are great, trustworthy and I would recommend them. I would use their services in the future too.

This was NOT a good experience and I will never use them again. They charge a lot for what equates to light cleaning and no extras.

I could not have asked for better workers. The 3 ladies were very professional. They obviously knew what to and worked very well together. My wife was surprised to see that they even dusted her extensive teddy bear collection. My only complaint was that the price to have them come on a regular basis did not fit our budget.

Many people have said $100 was too much to pay, but you get what you pay for. They maintain a notebook on each client with a list of do's and don'ts. If anything gets broken or damaged, they pay for it completely, without question. I like the fact they are bonded and insured and that someone will always be there at the appointed time to clean.

They were good and professional. They knew what they were doing. Everything went well, except I felt the price was a little high. They cleaned well and were thorough.

I have tried other companies in the past but never had any one as professional and fully trained as Merry Maids.

The price per cleaning was average. The quality of their work started to decline after using them so we terminated their service. We would not use them again.

They worked together, and no time was wasted talking. They did all I asked.
