I got a virus Friday night and took my computer in Saturday. George first asked me for a deposit of $100 then told me it would take a few hours to clean-up my computer and remove the virus. Six hours later I hadn't heard anything from him so I called. This is where things went DOWNHILL. He told me he couldn't remove the virus and I needed to "wipe" the hard drive and reinstall the operating system. Then he said it would cost an additional $75 to reinstall the operating system and anti virus. I disagreed with him for the following: 1. He didn't fix my computer. 2. I have the operating system and anti virus so why would he charge me more money? Afterwards he lowered his charge to $50. I wasn't happy! At first, I was going to take his recommendation and for him to keep the computer and "wipe" the hard drive. I thought about it for a few minutes then changed my mind. I called back and told his "answering service" to leave my computer as it is and I would pick it up. It took me ten minutes to arrive at his shop but it was already closed. I was standing outside his shop thinking I was going to get my computer. I guess not. I called him back but I got his answering service again. So I told them to have George call me back. As I was waiting for him outside his shop he called me back from his house and said I would have to pick up the computer on Sunday. I arrived on Sunday to pick-up my computer and George told me there is no way to fix my computer. Then he told me has the best software and I don't have any other option. I listened and went on my way with my computer. I will not be a return customer and I'm very angry.
