+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFFESSIONAL. THEY CAME OUT INSPECTED THE WASHER. THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM AND WENT OUT AND GOT THE PART THAT WAS NEEDED. THEY HAD IT FIXED WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS. THEY ALSO BACK DATED MY WARRANTY, WHICH SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY.
