Description of Work: They replace my old mechanism with a new one. I was having problems keeping it on time, so I returned to see if they could suggest a solution. The repair man became annoyed I returned the clock. After about 1015 minutes till the receptionist that I broke the clock and walked out of the store, I asked the receptionist if he was going to return. She left the store to see where he went to and returned to tell me that he went home. She help me retrieve my clock and I left without being offered any solution or recourse.

 + -1 moreNot only did my tech deliver on his time-frame promise to return my precious clock parts, but once he reassembled the clock and set her up again, she ran like a charm! To hear it chiming again was wonderful and he made sure it was a-okay prior to his departure from my residence. I am incredibly pleased with the service I received, the attention to detail my clock received and most importantly, it was a pleasure dealing with a consummate professional. In this day and age, it's hard to find a provider of this caliber. I won't call anyone else should my clock need attention in the future. Perfect Tyme delivers perfect service.
Description of Work: I received my mother's Grandmother clock after she passed. The sentimental value of said clock is priceless and after it stopped working properly, I called this provider and requested a home visit for a visual inspection. The tech who attended at my residence was incredibly knowledgeable, had superb expertise in handling the clock parts and found the problem immediately. He told me the mechanism had to be rebulit and that if it was, the clock would run smoothly for another 35-40 years. He took the parts with him and assured me the clock would be repaired and back together again within 6-8 weeks.

 + -1 moreWhen I called the woman in the office was wonderful. She was pleasant and professional. In spite of the fact that I thought a piece of the grandfather clock was missing and did not know the make of the clock she asked all the right questions and wrote the order prepared for any contingency. The man who came out to perform the repair was actually a little early (hard to do as he was coming from the LA area). He did a great job and was very helpful. He even gave me a pamphlet about grandfather clocks. I would definitely recommend them for any clock work.

 + -1 moreTHE REPAIRMAN SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HIS DRESS AND WELL AS HIS MANNER. HE EXPLAINED ALL ABOUT THE MECHANISMS OF THE CLOCK AND SHOWED ME DIFFERENT FEATURES IT HAD. HE REALLY TOOK A LOT OF TIME CLEANING AND OILING ALL THE INTRICATE PARTS TO THE CLOCK. VERY CLEAN.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED A BEAUTIFUL GRANDFATER CLOCK FROM PERFECT TYME. ACTUALLY WE HAD SEEN THE CLOCK AT A FURNITURE STORE AND WENT TO PERFECT TYME WHERE THEY HAD A LARGER COLLECTION OF CLOCKS TO CHOOSE FROM. EVERY COUPLE OF YEARS THE GRANFATHER CLOCKS NEED TO BE CLEANED AND OILED AND ADJUSTED IF NEEDED. SO THIS WAS A MAINTENANCE CALL.
