Miguel's bid was much lower than the other bids I received, and he explained what paint he would use and why. He started a few days later. It was an immense project and Miguel came himself on Superbowl Sunday to finish the job because it was going to rain that Tuesday. He was prompt, efficient, friendly, and everything was cleaned up. The backyard has never looked so good and it has been painted twice before. I am going to have the rest of my house painted later in the spring and will definitely use him again.
