Michael Whisenand, owner of MDW Construction, was a godsend. We had a kitchen pipe leak the last week of September. During the first phase of remediation after the pipe was replaced, the contractor that dried out my kitchen wall and dining room flooring left a mess! We needed a competent contractor to restore our 2-year old kitchen and dining room area. Michael responded to my request promptly. His price was reasonable. Best of all, he put my kitchen and dining area back together again as if nothing happened. I highly recommend Michael. His attention to detail is second to none. Thank you Michael!

It went just as hoped. Everything was done professionally and cleanly. Went out of their way to fit the door perfectly. Then everything was painted and matched so well, you couldn't tell it was ever any other way. Completely cleaned up after. There was only one thing we had to do...wait for the paint to dry, about an hour. Perfect!

MDW Construction is professional, efficient, communicative, honest and friendly. We had our new-purchased house remodeled by Mike, the funder of MDW. He and his crew did a wonderful job to repaint the entire interior walls ( including ceiling), constructed a new window, installed/fitted a new range hood, built a new storage cabinet, and redone all the recessive lighting for the house. Their quality work transformed my house from a "old-school" style, to a clean, bright, vivid yet cozy new home. Mike and his crew really spent time with us, to discuss what we need, and did some small initiatives as a demonstration to show the concepts. They made sure we know what we are expecting and then performed the work precisely. They are also super efficient. They actually finished the job within half of the estimated days. Just about everyday you can see the progress clearly. With all the quality service they provided, the cost is actually very reasonable. As the matter of fact, Mike provided me a most competitive bid compared to other three constructors. Mike thank you for your great work. We will continue to have Mike's service and will also recommend MDW to our friends.

Mike and his guys at MDW are fantastic. They are everything you want in a contractor. They are professional, punctual, clean, and they do great work. They fixed a tiled shower that was not properly installed by another contractor. Something happened on this job that has never happened with any other contractor. After getting into the job it was determined that not as many materials were needed to make the repair as anticipated and he reduced his price. When does that ever happen? That is some integrity. Likewise, he finished ahead of schedule. These guys are real down to earth and were a pleasure to do business with. I will be doing work with them again in the future. They are my "go-to" guys now.

We are very pleased with the results. The bathrooms look great, just how we wanted them. One thing that really stood out about working with him was the respect with which he treated our house. He always laid paper over our wood flooring from the front door to the bathrooms. His employees and contractors always cleaned the work space and put tools and equipment away at the end of the day. He gave us daily updates about how things were going and what to expect next. When we had issues with the supplier for our counter top, Mike was a bulldog for us and we got a counter that looks great. He built a custom vanity for us when we couldn't find one we were happy with at the home improvement stores.

Mike and his team at MDW are hands down the best in the business.  We have been absolutely amazed at their quality of work, and attention to detail in all phases of our project.

We have a 17,000 sq ft fitness club, and made major upgrades to the facility recently with the help of Mike and his team.  The professionalism they displayed was exemplary from the time we first met to discuss the project until the time the project was complete.
