It was mainly because of the people who were renting the house. The inside was trash. The toilet was dirty, carpet was gone, and appliances were gone. Everything was a total disaster. Clearly they lacked care. It looked like worse of the worst rental homes. It was a mess from the outside and worse inside. My property has been totally trashed. I even got a violation notice form the county. They lacked communication and were not responsive. It took months for them to respond. They were very irresponsible. They did not do what they were supposed to do. We got our checks every month and statements though. I will not refer them to anyone and will never use them again. I have told them about my complaint, but it seems to be useless.
