We came across Suzanne through advertising on a company truck and are very glad we did. She was excellent to deal with. She did the scheduling and emailing of the written quote, as well as the paid invoice once the job was completed. Ron did a thorough evaluation of the roof's problems and made suggestions when I asked about the benefits of vents on the roof or an attic fan. He was willing to match the length of warranty another roofer had offered and when I requested this be added to his estimate, Suzanne took care of it promptly. I did receive three bids for this job, the highest priced (not chosen) appeared to propose substantial extra work and materials. The lowest (also not chosen) seemed to propose doing less. The Kertland bid was in the middle and my interaction with Ron convinced me to accept his bid. I chose Kertland because I sensed they operated with integrity, had a good understanding of the job and were offering a reasonable plan for repairs, and was convinced that I would have no problem working with Ron, Suzanne or the roofing crew. This certainly turned out to be correct. I was able to get a date for the work within a few days of accepting the bid. Rob and a small crew showed up promptly While I am no expert in roofing, they appear to have done all that was promised. They certainly were professional, efficient and courteous. The job certainly was of no bother to us or our neighbors and they hauled whatever debris and material remnants there were away without being asked. I highly recommend this family company. I checked the BBB and State Contractors License Board websites before accepting the bid. They were and continue to be "A" rated with BBB. The SCLB site shows they were and continue to be licensed with Workers Compensation insurance. I highly recommend this family company without reservations.

Great! On time. Cleaned up. Supv kicked-off the job and was there at the end of the job to ensure proper work and cleanup. Kept me updated on the progress.

Overall the work turned out good. I was satisfied. I would recommend them. The only problem was trying to get a call back during the rain season. They were really busy and I was trying to get them out here to give me an estimate. I finally got them out here. They were not as high priced as others but they were not as low either. They were in between. The quality of their work was good. Once I finally got them out here they were excellent. There was a bit of a misunderstanding. I was told they were coming in the morning and they understood the afternoon. Once I called and we figured it out they were right out here.

Repairs were done in a very professional manner. Showed up on time, and cleaned up afterwards

The job went very smoothly. They were punctual, and did just what they said they would. I have used this roofing company for years to maintain the roof on my prior home, which had very fragile asbestos roof tiles. Ron and his crew did a great job of maintaining the roof, while preserving the asbestos tiles. They were also good about coming out within the two-year maintenance warranty period to replace(without charge)tiles blown off by wind. The business is family owned and operated, and I think they really try to do a good job.
