Window Treatment Service
It took over 8 weeks to get the shutters. They were installed, but they would not open. It took another 90 days to get them to come back to fix them. The solution was cut holes in the frames of the shutters and fill in with caulk. This is obviously ugly. I am now going to have to pay someone else to install them properly. When I called the owner,Michael Urrutia, he screamed at me and claimed I did not listen. He further stated that they have to be installed that way. I contacted two other companies for opinions and they stated this was certainly not true. He also sent two very nasty text messages.
