I couldn't be happier. Efren Andrade Sr. and his son Efren Junior run the company themselves and one or both of them were on hand every day during my project. They were incredibly nice, communicative and helpful. They worked hard to accommodate my requests -- I wanted to use some granite countertop that was left over from a kitchen renovation to make a counter in the new studio, for example -- and they made it happen.
The work was completed on time and on budget -- and the crew showed up Monday through Saturday at 8 am sharp. Every evening, they cleaned up the site so that I didn't have to live in a construction zone. Honestly, working with contractors used to be a seriously stressful experience because I was always worried I would be getting ripped off, but no more. I will call EA Pacific for everything from now on.
