"I am sorry but the only record I find for your name and address is from August of 2016, which we came out and completed a tune up."

Until we sit down and plug all the numbers in, that is really the only accurate way to provide a quote to a client. All our quotes are based on 7 days only because we never know when we are exposed to a increase in raw materials, but we are usually able to keep hold the quote for 30 days. We get our quotes to our clients as quick as we can, during the busy season it may take a couple of days. Again we apologize we didn't meet your expectations but appreciate the opportunity."
