The location of the water heater was in a difficult to access place. Count-On had two workers on site to remove a small kitchen panel (that they re-installed after the water heater was in) and remove a corroded and leaky water heater.
The workers were very careful in moving the new unit in and taking the old unit out as they needed to go over some carpeted areas and the kitchen tile floor. They were neat in their work, showed up on time and gave reasonable estimates of how long it would take them.
