It worked out great. He is very prompt, the rates are reasonable, and he provided excellent service.

All work seems to be fine. 

It was right after Christmas, the busiest time of year...We had a horrible back up in the bathroom and shower, it just made me cringe to see it. I called, they were QUICK, friendly, and efficient. I'm like most people and have a hard time trusting plumbers or mechanics...but I'm glad to have made the right choice in calling count on plumbing, because now I have a "go-to" plumber that I can really can "count on" !! They certainly aren't out to rip anyone off, they're fair, they deal with the issue at hand...and they're in/out, clean, and trustworthy. Thanks guys!!!

I called Kenny at Count On Plumbing as soon as the problem appeared.  He had his crew out within a couple of hours. 

The clean-up is located inside a closet in the master suite.  Every bit of my hardwood floor and carpet between the front door and the clean-out was covered with tarps before any equipment was brought in -- and the tech took off his boots before entering the house.

The clog was cleared quickly and the area left clean and tidy.

I called for an appointment to clean the drains, as water was beginning to back-up. I've had problems with tree roots clogging the pipes for years, and wanted to act proactively, rather than waiting for the drains to clog completely. I've used Count-On plumbing for this service previously, and call them for any and all plumbing problems. They scheduled the appointment on the day/time requested. The repairman were on-time. They worked quickly, and left the closet wall, floors, etc. clean. They discussed the possibility of inspecting the pipes with a camera to evaluate moving the clean-out out of the closet to an exterior wall. They were knowledgeable, polite and professional.

After a previously hired plumber failed to complete a shower trim installation, Kenny was recommended to me by a local plumbing supply store. I called him and he was at my house within an hour. With a little extra effort, he was able to beautifully complete a job I was told could not be done with the parts I had. He was very polite and professional, and his pricing was quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber...especially for complicated jobs.

I called for service on day 1, and made an appointment for 8AM the following day. I received a "ball-park" estimate for clearing the drain. The owner, Kenny Esquivel, was punctual. He had the drain cleared quickly. He taught me how to get the drain plug in and out, to clear any future clogs myself. He gave me great info and straight talk about other plumbing concerns, including water heater replacement. Smart, friendly, reliable. Excellent work; excellent ethic.

There is no plumbing need that we would not call them for! They are very punctual, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. Any plumber that is sent out is exceptional.

Their response very good. Their resolutions are good to nay problems or unique issues they have.

IT TOOK TWO MEN TWO DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB, WHICH I WAS VERY HAPPY ABOUT. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR A WHILE AND WILL EVEN LEAVE THE KEY FOR THEM IF I CAN'T BE HERE.
