B & D Auto Repair

B and D Auto were extremely responsive to my scheduling a pre-purchase inspection of a used vehicle I was thinking of purchasing, and when it came time to make the appointment the scheduler remembered he had inspected the same vehicle I was talking of, just a week or so previously, for another potential buyer. He gave me a complete run-down of the issues it had, and an estimate of what it would cost to fix them. I asked if he would take any money for basically repeating the same diagnosis he had performed a week previous, and he politely refused.
I was extremely happy to be saved the time and money it would have taken me to drive there (a 2-hour trip, maybe), and the complete feedback on that particular vehicle. I would not hesitate to bring in my own vehicle or schedule another pre-purchase inspection at B and D.

I was really happy with the way they treated me. I am a woman and used to being treated differently then men. Band D did not at
any time treat me differently. They were very respectful and professional with me at all times. They even informed me that the dealer had updated software to reprogram the cars brain for better performance. I DID NOT KNOW THAT!!! No one I spoke to knew that. Thank you Band D! I immnediately took my car to the dealer for the reprograming. They're work is great and at an affordable price. I will be taking my car back soon to repair my rear wheel

I just started using them recently and I liked the service. They weren't pushy. They diagnosed some other problems and gave me an estimate but they didn't say that I had to do it right now. I have a noise on the front end of the car and the steering needs some work but they didn't tell me that it had to be done while it was up in the air on the rack. I would use them again.
