All Cities Glass and Screen

Don came out and measured and then came back and replaced the glass in the window. He did an excellent job. Would hire him again.

The Difference Between Good and Great
We recently had some work done from All Cities Glass, a
recommended partner of Angies List.
As I expected, they were professional, polite, on time,
reliable and trustworthy. All the things that I expect from a Good company.
But during the replacement of the glass panels in our
sliding door, it was obvious the new glass was not quite the correct size. Don,
the owner, said, "I can jam it in and make it fit, but I would not do that
on my own doors and I am not going to do it on yours." Don and his son
Chris loaded up the glass and said they would be back next week with the
correct size. There were no excuses, no finger pointing, no blame game, just
"We'll be back next week", and they were, as promised and got the correct glass installed.
 I'm sure this problem cost All Cities Glass a considerable amount in time and materials but
that never was an issue. The priority was to get the correct size and get back
and get it installed. The way Don handled this problem told me, this is a Great
Company! I also had them do some additional work on some other window and
screen replacements.

wonderful experience.

Went great.  Looks good.

The provider installed the sash windows fine.  The 2 replacements sheet glass windows are too loose in the wood frame.  When I notified the provider he said he could come out and do some more work on them but he has never come out to take care of it.

Great, worked directly with the tenant and kept me in touch with details. Good price, follow up and communication.

There was a broken window in a rental house.  I called All Cities Glass and they were able to go out the day I called and repair the window.  They did an excellent job and I was very happy that they were able to do the work so fast.

I scheduled a time for someone to come and measure the glass. He was on time and it took about 10 minutes. The next morning the glass was ready and it took about 20 minutes.
He was quick, professional and thanked me for using his company.

I called Don to replace a shattered glass shower door. 
In order to save time, he was able to take all my measurements over the phone and via text message pictures.  The result:  Perfect fit.
He even gave me the option to do the pickup myself to save some $$, which I accepted.
Great communications skills.  Will go back to him if needed!

Don and the people in his office could not be nicer.  I called and told them what I needed.  Don came out that same day just to look at the window to make sure he ordered the correct glass.  4 days later he was out as promised and schedule and in 30 min had it done.  I'm very pleased with the whole experience and would call Don again in a heartbeat.

First of all, Don was very informative and honest even when I first spoke with him on the phone about my situation.  This is a mom and pop shop so I wasn't accustomed to their quick personal response.   Don was able to come out for a quick estimate within 2 hours of calling him.  Once he came, he was not flustered like others who tried to exaggerate the difficulty of the glass repair.  CR Glass initially quoted me $350, then once the technician came, price ballooned to $700 bc of the "difficulty" involved in repairing the glass door that will take 2-3 days to complete. 
Don came out again 2 days later to install and finished the job in about 4.5 hrs.  Not once did he sigh or become inpatient with the repair even when he hit a glitch.  I am very comfortable recommending him to all my friends and family.  I would use Don without hesitation for any future repair.

The new shower door looks wonderful.  My sister, my mom's caregiver, was worried about the three inches less she would have to assist my mom in taking her weekly showers.  My mom is handicapped and with the service man's assistance we came up with a solution on how to make the shower safer for my mother and sister to use.  I inspected the shower door this weekend (Mother's Day) and it looks like a great job was done.
