He handled all the properties after words so he just has a standard fee for handling properties. He is very honest and forthright. I have called him up and said "I am looking to buy another property to use as an income property and I want you to refer me to a couple in this area." And he will say "That is not a good area to look in." He will turn you away and do things to not make a sale even though he could make a sale because he is looking out for my financial health. Some people will just want to make a sale today jut to get cheap business but he is always taking care of me in the right way. He came right to my house to sign papers so his responsiveness is an A.
