When he was starting out, he witnessed other electricians who were not focused on customer service. They either didn’t complete the work correctly or they charged customers for work that was unnecessary. Jeff believed that customers deserved electrical service that was both dependable and professional. Accurate, born out of the need for committed excellence and communication. Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
I needed to upgrade the electrical panel in my home and I didn't know who to trust. I did lots of research and found Accurate, and I am glad I did! They made the process super easy and put my mind at ease. In fact, I even had them install a Whole Home Fan at the same time. They sent me text messages when the tech was on his way with his photo and bio, so I knew who was coming to my home. Kenny was the lead with Q and Gabe helping. They were very patient and informative, answering my hundreds of questions. They kept me in the loop with all their findings and did a great job on both installs. Even the process of applying for financing was super easy! I am so happy with Accurate and plan on using them for all my home issues in the future!

Fantastic experience working with Accurate on our whole house rewire. It’s a 90 year old home with original cloth wiring that needed to be updated and all wiring, plugs, and switches replaced. We also had some new outlets installed. Kenny, who led the team, was amazing as was all of the gentleman working on the project. The only hiccup was that it took longer than expected because of finding unknowns during the process. But the completed work was excellent and passed inspection easily. Highly recommend!

Accurate Electrical Services contacted us right away and scheduled our appointment quickly. The electrician showed up on time, was clean, knowledgeable and efficiend. We are keeping their number should we need any electrical work in the future.

Jeff was responsive and his crew member showed up the date of the appointment and performed the bath room exhaust fan installation in a timely manner. All in all, we liked their service as it was professional and clean. We would�have e appreciated if they came a bit prepared for the installation or notified us in advance of additional accessories required for the full job. Being first time home owners, we tend to require a bit of preparatory guidance. Now we know what all we have to do for round 2, when that comes up...

The owner Jeff reacted promptly, was extremely courteous and flexible. We decided on a time and materials formula for pricing. Pricing was fair but not cheap. Work was done timely and professionally. Will keep his number handy for future projects!
