I found the The Appliance Repair Team (www.aarapp.com) in the phonebook for repairing a stove and replace plastic waterline to a new refigerator. On the stove we needed to replace 2 ingniters. He quoted $140 for parts and $60 for labor and later changed it to $160 for labor. He had this in writing, which I saw and then disposed it and stated not having it anymore. His job was to replace an old plastic waterline from sink to refrigerator approximately 6 feet long. So no new drilling or special connection would have to be installed and he quoted me $150 for labor and $30 for parts and later gave me a "new customer discount" of $30 making it a total of $150, which was overcharge. After writing the invoice, there was no address and licence # on the invoice, which is required by law. When I asked the technician what his address was, he did not know. When I asked him the license #, I was told that "they are independent contractors" indicating as if they are not required the license number. We dealt with Art (Artak) Akopian
