A Quality Inspection Service

Dan was very thorough and exceeded our expectations, which is great when you're getting your home inspected, and he sent the report the same night.
This is actually the 2nd property he inspected for us. We backed out of the first one because of what was on the inspection report. Best $365 we've ever spent, we almost bought a money pit.
Once Dan was done looking through the house, he sat down with us to go over his findings, answered all of our questions, and addressed our concerns. We're first time buyers, so it's also worth noting that he was very patient with our newbie questions, and he has a good sense of humor.
I'll definitely call him next time, but hopefully that won't be for a while.

It went great. He spent two hours carefully looking at all the things in a home that can have issues. He went up on the house and garage roofs; into the attic; under the house in the crawl space; all around the outside and interior of the house and garage.
He took many photos which detailed the areas that needed to be repaired now, or in the near future. In the attic he took photos showing some duct problems, which I was able to show to my air conditioning repair man so he could know what materials to bring with him.
He provided me a very detailed, thorough report of the results of his inspection. I learned that the roof needed repair and that some pipes were starting to leak. This is very important to know in order to do preventative maintenance.
I was very happy and very impressed with the total experience of Dan Leech's work for me. I highly recommend him.

Dan Leech was great. He was very throughout and responsible. He went thru every possible area in and around the house. After the inspection, he sit down wiht us for another hour to talk to us, and show us his findings. He is honest and expained very clearly to us on the findings. He told us what are critical even the finding seems harmess and told us what isn't an issue even the damage looked scary. I would hire him again and again.

Dame Leech was the name of the person. I thought he was incredibly thorough. The report was very clear and understandable and walked us through each item. We watched him walk all over the property and we thought he did a great job. We really trusted his report. Their price was pretty standard. I would definitely use him in the future.
