They sprayed the outside of the house for insects. I am in a wooded area and have a lot of spiders. They use a handheld sprayer, which looked ok, and they were professional and on time, but I think 125.00 fee is a little high for the work done, however, I don't often have exterminators out, so I would use the service again.

We have used them for a few years now. We originally had service with Orkin and was dissatified with their level of customer attention and performance. We couldn't be happier with A&G. On our initial visit, the technician asked us detailed questions about our pest control issues and areas where we were most concerned about. He provided effectiveness and safety information on the product used and accurately predicted how the level of pest activity would slightly rise then decrease dramatically following initial treatment. Since we have them on a monthly schedule, the same technician comes out each month to perform service and always ask about how the previous treatment went, if there were any new problem areas or areas we would like more attention paid to. I like how they do not skimp on the pest control coverage. If a cinderblock wall is a problem area, the technician will spray most of the wall rather than just the lower foot like Orkin did. The other quality I appreciate is that you can tell they actually performed the work even when your not present during the service date or time. I'd come home and see treatment performed in all the usual areas, whereas with Orkin, I'd come home and wonder whether they sprayed at all. Their technician is trustworthy, reliable and and extremely professional. This is the first company I recommend when friends, family, and neighbors ask about pest control service. Unfortunately, A&G was purchased by Terminix Pest Control and our normal service technician has moved on.

We have used them for years. I don't pay attention to when they are here or not but they come out every month, and have for years. We don't have a time set and they can come whenever they want to.
