Installation went well and looks good. They were supposed to call me the morning of the scheduled installation and tell me when the installers would be there. They never called. After I called, they were there in about 45 minutes. The thing that really bothered me was that it appeared someone had been in the drawers of the upstairs bedroom. Nothing was missing but items were moved around just enough to indicate someone had been in there. Since nothing was gone and I couldn't prove anything, I didn't report it to the company. Still, it creeped me out.

The whole job was done in a professional manner. The salesman did not oversell the product; he was on time to measure the area to be carpeted and the installation was done when promised. I was pleased with the whole deal, especially the installation team.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE PRODUCT WAS VERY GOOD, THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND GOT THE WORK DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY BY TAKING THE BASE BOARDS DOWN WHEN THEY WEREN'T REQUIRED TO.
