I left my house this morning for the cleaning crew and came back to an entire shelf dismounted from the wall. There was no call about the fact that this happened, and when I reported it to the manager Cesar who I spoke to, he said he couldn't do any type of refund and then patronizingly suggested he come and re-install it. I will never be using 818 Maids / You've Got Maids again, due to the fact that they are untrustworthy, unaccommodating when an issue appears, and don't value their customers. Terrible. Side note: booking with them is totally inconvenient and they forgot to send me a confirmation email about this appointment. Don't use them. I'm looking forward to finding a more reliable, trustworthy, and valuable replacement.

The team is thorough and quick. Communication is consistent as well. They've become a reliable part of our bi-monthly home cleaning! Grateful that we found them.
