My daughter called the vendor  to request an estimate to construct a temporary wall and hang a divided light door.  The response to request the free quote was quick and professional.  The owner of the company came to her home as scheduled and was punctual; he provided liability insurance; took accurate measurements; and answered a multitude of questions.  The wall and door were installed the next week...the delay being that my daughter had requested a specific size door that was not in stock.
Work crew was punctual on the date of installation; kept the area clean and when work was completed cleaned up inside and outside.  The wall and door looks like it has always been part of her home. 
She is considering asking them to come back to do other work in her home.  That says it all!
