My realtor referred me to Alvard Daghbashyan at Metro Lending when I purchased my house in May of 2015. Although I was approved for a mortgage, my personal situation was challenging -- and we had a 21-day escrow closing. Alvard is top-notch in her field. I had an excellent experience, and we closed in 21 days. She also assured me we would do a no-cost re-fi in six months to eliminate or at least lower my PMI, and secure a lower interest rate. I did not hold my breath. But good to her word, Alvard actually contacted me six months later to start the re-fi process. We ran into a few difficult problems along the way, but Alvard was able to find solutions to all of them. She is truly outstanding, and I highly recommend her.
