They have great service. They always follow-up. They are a very good company. What really bothered me, my dog can have five physicals – he’s kind of old – but only one blood test a year. It didn’t made sense. And I can only use the plan at this location, it doesn’t apply to other Arden locations. They are very pricey.

When one of my cats experienced sudden GI upset, I called a number of vets who were unable to get my cat in within the next couple of days. I called VCA Arden, where hospital manager Patty took my call. She was patient, thorough and clearly an animal lover. She took down detailed information and booked appointments for my sick cat and his brother to come in for exams the following morning. 
We were seen in a timely manner and all the vet techs and assistants were incredibly kind and gentle in handling my scared kitties. We saw Dr. Limburg, who took her time in thoroughly assessing and checking both cats. She listened to my concerns, was extremely personable and gentle with my cats. She checked in re our home environment, the cats' lifestyles and we discussed my cat's pica condition. My cats (both long-haired) were even given a quick sanitary grooming and cleaning.
Upon leaving, I ran into Patty, who introduced herself to me and my two cats. The entire staff at VCA Arden made this vet visit as stress-free as possible with their kindness and thorough attention to detail. I would highly recommend this place.

They have a nice bed side manner with both my dog and I. They are pleasant to deal with. They are successful with their treatments.

Unfortunately, the last time I went there, I had a not-so-great experience but that was not normal to what my previous experiences were. I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt for the last two years. I would recommend them to others but with a little bit of hesitation. I have to stand with them and really demand what I want for my animal. The quality of their service is really average. I am looking for a new veterinarian.

They are great! They made a great impression and I will continue go back to them.

After trying out a couple other vet clinics in the area, we found VCA Arden in Glendale and have been taking our dogs and cats there for several years now. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Zoryan, and completely trust her with caring for all of our pets. She has great rapport with people as well as animals (often with vets it can be one or the other), explains things clearly, and has a sensible approach to veterinary care. Our experience with the other vets there has been positive as well. And the support staff is friendly, the office is well maintained. If I had any minor complaint, is that they're sometimes so busy that the front desk gets overwhelmed with the number of people needing to check in or people leaving wishing to pay, so you sometimes have to wait a bit. But it's a minor inconvenience at most.

This is a good vet clinic with some great doctors. Drs. Zoryan and Schnabel are excellent--knowledgeable, compassionate, and having good demeanor with animals. They've also been excellent about following up with me after office visits regarding test results, etc. Other vets at this clinic are fine, but I don't hesitate to see one of them when Zoryan or Schnabel are not available, but I don't get the same level of comfort with the others. The office staff is just OK. This is a busy clinic and the front desk is disorganized. Friendly, but disorganized and sometimes quite slow. I almost always wait at least 20 minutes to be seen despite arriving for my appointment on time, and then another 10-15 minutes after I've seen the doctor for the chart to be processed so I can pay my bill. They are also quite difficult to reach on the phone, with long hold times. Overall, I don't hesitate trusting these folks with the care of my beloved animals, and although the office could be more efficient, the care provided to my pets is what matters most.

I like that they handle both regular visits and emergency visits. The staff is wonderful and they really like working with the animals. My cats are very comfortable whenever I take them there.
