THE WORKER WAS 5 MINUTES EARLY ON HELPING ME OUT WITH MY PROBLEM SITUATION. HE HELPED ME BY TELLING ME SOME OF THE PROBLEMS TO WHY THE LOCK WILL NOT CLOSE. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND HE SURE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. HE WAS A HARD WORKING MAN.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AT REPLACING THE LOCKS BUT THEY SHOWED UP LATE WITHOUT NOTICE. THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC THOUGH, AND OFFERED US SPECIAL DISCOUNTS.
